I was born in Shropshire and eventually moved to Manchester, which has been my home since. I studied in Manchester, graduating with a degree in Law, and I’m currently training to qualify as a solicitor at an in-house firm.

I have worked and volunteered with various charities, dealing with issues such as child poverty and homelessness, including challenging the impact of government policies on the most vulnerable people in our society.
